Lay-By is available for six weeks and is only applicable for orders over $20.
Preloved Kidswear reserves the right to refuse any Lay-By orders. Should you have any queries, please contact us.
All Lay-By payments will require an account to be established with Preloved Kidswear. Please select the items you wish to Lay-By but do not complete checkout, making no payments until you receive an invoice from Preloved Kidswear.
**Deposit : A minimum deposit of 20% of the total order amount is required at the time the Lay-By order is placed.
**Acceptance: Upon payment of the initial deposit, you are deemed to have agreed and accepted Preloved Kidswear's Lay-By Terms Statement as well as our general Terms and Conditions.
**Payments: Regular fortnightly payments must be made stating your Invoice Number as the reference.
**Changes: In some cases, you may be permitted to change the product/s of the Lay-By purchase once the Lay-By contract has commenced. Should there be any need to alter a Lay-By order; an email must be sent to Preloved Kidswear for further review.
**Change of Details: It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify Preloved Kidswear of any change in their personal details (for example; address, email address, contact number, etc).
**Delivery: Orders will be delivered to you once the final payment is made and all payments have cleared into Preloved Kidswear's bank account.
If you are having trouble making your Lay-By payments on time, you should contact Preloved Kidswear as soon as possible to discuss the options. If you fail to make payments by the end of the Lay-By period, you are in breach of the contract and Preloved Kidswear reserves the right to cancel your Lay-By. Upon cancellation of your Lay-By, Preloved Kidswear shall return any payments to you minus the initial 20% deposit which is retained as an administration fee to place the Lay-By back into stock and re-list on the website.
