We offer two seperate postage options:

- $8 Ordinary Parcel Post

- $10 Express Post Upgrade

Same day processing takes place upon confirmation of receipt of funds for orders received prior to 3pm.

Preloved Kidswear utilises the services of Australia Post for delivery of our products within Australia. As such Preloved Kidswear cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or damage caused whilst in transit with Australia Post.

Please allow two (2) days for delivery within Victoria and up to ten (10) days for areas such as Western Australia. We utilise Express Post Satchels for Express Post Upgrades and Parcel Post Satchels for $8 Postage.

Should you wish to have your order labelled with a 'Do Not Safe Drop' sticker please contact us after checkout. Australia Post will then leave a card informing you that your parcel awaits pick up at your nearest Australia Post outlet.

Preloved Kidswear will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in customer contact and delivery details. Orders will be despatched to the customer supplied address details unless Preloved Kidswear is notified of any changes prior to despatch.

All orders are packaged in recylable plastic to protect them from any possible water damage that may occur during transit. Whilst this is against our Reduce, Reuse, Recycle philosophy in part it does ensure your items arrive in the same condition that they leave our premises.
